Been a while since I used CEX so decided to pop in to trade a few things in and could not wait to leave! There's a girl with glasses and purple hair or something, she was really unpleasant and snappy. I would be happy never to see her again!

Usual standard CEX not sure about only letting a couple of people at a time in if we have masks on and sanitise our hands could easily have more people in as if raining which it does alot in Inverness you get wet waiting also if you a member not sure why it takes two hours to test stuff. I suppose if it makes people feel safe then best to do what suits them.

Went in last month to trade in some old consoles and games, the girl that served me made me feel like an inconvenience and just seemed so unpleasant, wanted to trade in my Xbox 360, owned for it for many years and I have never once had an issue with it but I took it to them to trade in and they said the disc tray doesn’t work and it hasn’t since but I used it the night before and it worked perfectly. Not happy at all, give them working items and they say they can’t take them and give them back faulty

Very good selection of game even for old generation game but however price for some game and accessories are bit high especially for Nintendo wii

Just been there looking to trade my lotr complete bluray collection. At a loss with this the young woman doesn’t know the difference between blu ray and dvd. Found her demeanour offensive and dismissive. She obviously doesn’t know her job and should probably not be working there if she knows so little.

Love this shop! Staff are always very helpful and willing to assist with anything. They also have very good product knowledge and are honest about what their selling. Returns are straightforward and hassle free. Definitely would buy again here
