This man is amazing, after smoking for 18 years I have now stopped. When I sent Scott a message he was quick to reply and got me fitted in on a day and time that suited me, he spent time explaining everything on the phone and answered all my questions, I would highly recommend.

I went to see Scott to help with weight loss as have tried many other systems in the past, including those slimming clubs. I felt that I needed to lose between 1 and 2 stone, and Scott made it clear it is not something that is going to happen over night. I must say his approach is very thorough, but I also found him charming and reassuring. So far, so good. In the last 6 weeks I have lost 5 pounds, nearly a pound a week. I can feel the difference now, and I can honestly say my mindset is on a permanent footing. My intention is to keep this up and do my part, and I cannot recommend Scott enough. Thanks again, you are a star!

If you are considering hypnotherapy then i would highly recommend Scott. He is very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. Puts you totally at ease with his nice friendly manor. Definitely in the profession to help others and not just to benifit from them. Highly recommended

Weight Loss that works! I went to see Scott after trying for years to lose weight. I would not say that I was hugely overweight, but it was creeping up on me. I had tried various diets, and did not feel comfortable going to slimming clubs. I did go a couple of times, but I felt out of my comfort zone, so that was my issue. Scott does put you at ease and the sessions are very relaxed. It is difficult to put into words how it was successful, but it is true when he says that weight loss begins in the mind (that is like a mantra to me now). Seriously, if you want to lose weight, this does work. It is true that I did know how to lose weight, but needed the psychological tools to do so. Thanks again Scott, and I dare say I might come back to you to help with my golf.
