I've never left a negative review before but this time I am... My tenant booked Crown cleaning services to do an end of Tenancy carpet and anti pet clean, providing me with a receipt for the work, the clean was done after the tenant vacated. 3 days after the clean I went to the property, the smell of dogs was overwhelming!! Carpets looked clean enough but given they were only 20 weeks old, that would not be hard. I did call the owner to report this, but all of a sudden his English isn't good?? He didn't want to know. As a landlady of a few properties, I certainly won't be using him again and will make sure any future tenant doesn't use him either. Sorry..
