Since new owner took over it has improved so much. Friendly staff, very good food especially breakfast. Great attention to detail and making sure everything is perfect. Their outside catering buffets are excellent

Well meaning staff but service shambolic. More than two counter/floor staff required. Chips the consistency and flavour of cardboard. How difficult is it to make real chips? Especially when you are paid professional caterers.
