Staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Store had covid restrictions in place and you were not rushed into making any decision. Ended up buying a corner sofa and was provided with lots of good information regarding what I'd actually purchased, delivery times and care of sofa. Very good and positive experience. Zara served me and was wonderful.

Bright, modern, well lit store on edge of Inverness. Friendly helpful staff without hard pressure sales tactics you would expect...or still get elsewhere. Varied range of sofas in variety of styles and prices. Ample car parking.

DFS Inverness is a great store. COVID precautions in place and very easy to follow with hand gel station as you went in the door. Chose our sofa there with no pushy sales, Harry was very relaxed with good knowledge of the product and explained everything very clearly. We were kept informed on the delivery date all the way and the Manager Andy was extremely helpful when we had a problem getting the sofa to fit in our door. Andy sorted everything out and the delivery guys especially Chris, were fantastic. Can’t praise this stores sales, manager and delivery guys enough. Thank you so much guys.

Been over 3 weeks since I emailed them about the Bluetooth bed they sold me being faulty as it doesn't connect anymore. Had a reply 10 days ago asking what store I had bought it from and nothing since. Absolutely useless - I wasn't even looking for a replacement if it didn't have to come to that, just wanted some simple tech support in case the problem could be fixed!
