As a single female motorhomer, its important to me to find lovely, honest and helpful mechanics which is want I found with Donald MacKenzie. I had a simple problem (no coolant) but they checked everything over to make sure there was no leak and had my van back to me in minutes and without any problems. So nice to find someone who was so helpful and diligent! Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately our windscreen wiper motor on our motorhome broke at the start of our trip to do the NC500. Fortunately, we were in the Black Isle and the AA mechanic recommended this garage. Within less than 24 hours of the van initially being looked at, we were back on the road. The staff were tremendous. We were able to stay overnight in our motorhome at the garage and they even provided electric hook up. I would highly recommend this garage. Especially useful for motorhome visitors.
I was touring North Scotland in my motorhome when my wiper blades stopped working. Gave them a call, went in next day. Needed a new wiper motor, part came next morning. That night they let us stay in the camper overnight and even gave us electric hook up. We were away for 11am next day, fantastic service and brilliant staff.
Whilst holidaying in Scotland the drive shaft on our motorhome sheared. We found ourselves in a remote location and had to be recovered and repaired. We cannot thank the staff at Donald MacKenzie enough. They went out of their way to get us back on the road quickly. The service we received was professional and efficient but what really made the difference was that they genuinely wanted to help us. In this day and age that level of service is hard to find. We cannot recommend highly enough.
