Left me waiting at the airport for 2 1/2 hours and with every call had no explanation, until I had to make other arrangements. Avoid avoid avoid. A helpful man from another company told me this happens EVERY week with this branch. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely atrocious ...waited over 1.5 hours outside to pick up & didn't even get car size ordered. Appreciate it was very busy but just totally unacceptable.

Great service and a very good price for unlimited mileage. 1000 excess regardless of fault seemed high but it was a cheap rental and i could have paid more for better cover but decided to risk it. No squabble on return. Would happily use again. Thanks Enterprise
