very rude customer service! also charge wrong price! you'd better watch your bill! they not care the products carefully! change big king prawn to small ones in the box! doggy people! AVOID!!!!

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. The store itself stocks many authentic ingredients which are normally difficult to come by in Inverness.

I live in the far northern Highlands and usually come to the shop and spend well over 200/300 every couple of months. This time I was not able to make it to Inverness for various reasons so I called to see if I could place an order and pay over the phone and have a friend pick it up for me. Incredibly unhelpful chap on the other end. Didn’t try and help in any way. Unfortunately it’s the only halal meat available here so they don’t really need to focus on customer service. P.s. the guy who usually works at the meat counter is very friendly.
