I cannot Fault Firthview Property Management as a letting agent. Their service and professionalism is second to none. Firthview looked after my property on my behalf for over 7 years, hassle free. I used a couple of other letting agents previously and there is absolutely no comparison between them - Firthview put the rest to shame. They go to great lengths to ensure that your property is well maintained, photographing every inch of the place before a tenancy begins and ends, as well as providing comprehensive 6 monthly inspection reports (other agents I’ve dealt with provide only an A4 sheet of ticked boxes!). Over the years there have been a number of tenancy changeovers and I have not had any issues with any of them. All the staff I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable and polite and I would highly recommend Firthview Property Management to anyone considering letting their property in the area. 5 Stars.

Not the most professional place I have ever dealt with. Wanting to relocate. Found a house. The landlord went with someone else. No issue there. What was disappointing is there was no after care to say they would or could offer us something else. Add us to a mailing list etc. Slow to respond to communication too. Average overall. Not the worst, certainly not the best.

Firthview have looked after our property for 9 years. Throughout that time, every member of staff that we had contact with, were extremely professional, friendly and willing to go out of their way to answer questions or fix problems. They gave us enormous piece of mind that our family home was being well looked after whist we were out of the country for an extended period. We would definitely use Firhview again if we need property management in the future.
