A prompt and efficient service to repair our dishwasher. The problem was resolved within three days thanks to an early appointment becoming available due to a cancellation. The technician was a polite and efficient young man who soon had the fault identified and repaired. He observed all the C-19 protective measures. He also made a good job of clearing up when he had finished. Charging rates are clear and reasonable, so the invoice total came out at about what I was expecting. No nasty shocks there. Official spares are used, so there is a a guarantee on parts. I would definitely recommend Highland Appliance Services to anyone needing an excellent repair service.

Have been without a washing machine for 1 and a half months now, The repair was booked directly through BEKO. Unfortunately rather than contacting me direct to say that they couldn't repair the machine because they don't operate in my area at the moment they just cancelled the booking. And then after calling them twice basically tried blaming everyone but themselves. I am glad they don't operate in my area as I wouldn't use them especially if that's the kind of service they offer!
