Cannot rate Nathalie highly enough. She visited my home to visit my elderly cat who was badly matted. My kitty is now alot happier with the majority of the mats out and we look forward to the 2nd sitting to remove the remaining mats. Nathalie was fantastic with my kitty giving her plenty of breaks so as not to over stress her. Also, Nathalie was also fantastic with my little boy also. I will be recommending Highland Cat Groomers to ALL my kitty owning friends.

I was a bit unsure that a cat groomer could get anywhere near my cat to remove his knots. Luckily Nathalie also has Siberian cats and I was amazed at how quick she calmy whizzed round my cats coat with no anxiety caused to him or me !! We have saved a fortune not having to get him groomed at the vets. Nathalie is lovely and I highly recommend her.
Amazing service! Lottie is very happy with her matt free coat! So so glad there is cat grooming available in the highlands! Couldn’t have found a better person to trust with my cat!
Absolutely delighted with the service from Highland Cat Groomers. Nathalie was patient and calm with our very squirmy, pawsy boy who needed some pretty nasty mats removed from his belly and hind quarters. She talked me through the whole process, answering all of my questions about keeping up with grooming in the future and key times of year to be extra vigilant. I learned a lot and felt so at ease the whole time. Best of all our boy was back to his old self and purring like an engine all evening afterwards. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with a long haired cat!
Very, very patient lady and also very understanding. That was Lily's first grooming and I was worried about how she will react. Even though she was stressed at the beginning, Nathalie's attitude calmed her and also me! She is very friendly and gentle with your pet. Highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with longhair cat!
I would highly recommend Nathalie she is very friendly and professional. She was very patient and kind to my moggy Mylo who was very matted and a bit grumpy during the grooming. She also gave me a lot of advice in regards to looking after his coat going forward.
Natalie was brilliant with our little lady, very patient. Baileey is much more settled now she is comfortable Thankyou ever so much. Will definetly be intouch again if we need you. Thanks for the tips and advice. Xx
Finally we have a Cat groomer in Highland. Natalie was very patient with our 2 year old cat, Penny who does not like to be brushed and had developed quite a mat. Natalie demonstrated understanding of how to deal with difficult and awkward matting. Hopefully we will now have a more comfortable cat.
