I have just finished my check up appointment and my scale and polish. Due to the pandemic I have not been for about a year and a half. I am pleased to say nothing has changed with this practice. Very satisfied with the staff and the way the practice is run.Neil is an excellent dentist. Rosie is so gentle cleaning your teeth but you feel the difference at the end. Would recommend this dental centre.

Very happy with dental treatment received from Neil Wallace, a very competent dentist, and he explains options clearly. But reception very unsatisfactory. Difficult to get phone calls answered, on last occasion (Monday) I was on hold for 15 minutes, then cut off, then redialled and got through. Had tried on Friday but eventually gave up. Have had trouble on previous ocasions too, though not quite so bad.
Excellent staff. Friendly, efficient and prompt. Relaxed environment.
Emergency appointment today for a broken tooth. Agniezka who always looks after me was at her usual amazing best. Quick fix until I get a permanent repair in January. The whole team are so professional and polite and Agniezka is an angel. Keep up the great work and keep me smiling please!

Neal is doing a fine job with my problem teeth along with Dental assistant Lauren. Receptionists very helpful and on one particular occasion helping me understand my root canal issue. I recommend Inshes dental practice 100%
