The best Taxi service in Inverness, drivers are polite & helpful, cars are clean & prompt (outside of school busy hours) if requiring between 8-9am or 2.45-3.30pm ensure you book in advance! Which is the best policy anyway, does not cost any extra to book. You will receive a text message when taxi has been despatched for your booking & again when it arrives. Fantastic.

Booked a taxi at 05:50 for 06:25 so I could catch my bus to Edinburgh at 06:45. On the phone I explained I need to catch the bus and was asked what time it was and was told that would be no problem. The taxi arrived at 06:42. I missed my bus which I was getting to catch a flight from Edinburgh, so now I've missed my flight too costing me hundreds of pounds. Not even an apology from the driver.
