Was in Lakeland this morning to buy a new kettle. Very helpful assistant brought kettle from stockroom and when I went to pay for it,(I had a voucher to be redeemed of the price), but unfortunately it wouldn't go through but another colleague managed to get into the system. Thank-you for great customer service. Lakeland is situated on the ground floor of Eastgate Centre,very close to entrance onto Falcon Square, Inverness.

My wife really loved this place. Good quality products and friendly staff. Has a bin in the shop which I thought was convenient.
We have had many a product frae this store and all I can say is if the quality and longevity is anything tae go by then ye must visit here. Alas the price O items is more than expected then again ye pays frae what ye get, and tis nae bad stuff.
Best place in Inverness for all things kitchen related! Only one downside is its probably the most expensive!! Great for browsing
I purchased a Dry:Soon Deluxe 3-Tier Heated Airer from this Inverness store. I had called into the store on Monday 18th December and asked to see a Dry:Soon Deluxe 3-Tier Heated Airer. Because it was not convenient for me to take the item right then, I requested that it be held over for me and I would call in the following day, to pay for the item and take it away. This morning, (Tuesday 19th), I telephoned the store and spoke to Evelyn. I explained my situation that having no personal transport, I planned to take this item on the bus. However, on reflection, I thought better of it as it was a large package. And so I asked if the store had a delivery service. She explained that delivery could be arranged but maybe it would take several days. However, she then asked me where I lived and when I told her she said she could deliver it when her husband picked her up after work this evening. I agreed and went to the store this morning and paid for it. Sure enough at around 6:30 pm she was at our door with the package. I don’t know of many other places where the staff would go the extra mile the way Evelyn did. I have never previously met or spoken to Evelyne but I wish to thank her for her very kind action. I think her employer is very lucky to have such a dedicated person on the payroll. Yours sincerely William Douglas
