Popped in to print a returns label for my parcel. The man running the place could not have been more unpleasant & ubrupt. No need for that kind of attitude whatsoever! He also wasnt wearing a mask when he approached me.

Not for the first time I have received a poor, lazy and irate attitude from the tall man that has worked there what seems like all his life. Went in with about two minutes until close to print off a couple of concert tickets and in a petulant mood told me I would have to be quick as he had somewhere to be. I said I would be quick but once again he made the point he had somewhere to be. I didn't bother stooping to his level with a response and just walked out. The guy has a reputation for having a bad attitude. Avoid.
Required a print - problem readily overcome - all very helpful.
Very helpful and good to deal with!
I use Mail Boxes etc Inverness frequently and the staff provide first-class copying and printing services at a very reasonable price. The staff are always very welcoming and cheery and go out of their way to be helpful. The one-star review above is comparing two different delivery services, which is less of a reflection on MBE than on the dopey reviewer.
Is it really that difficult to print 3 pages off a USB stick while sitting at a computer instead of pointing a finger at the only computer for customers already occupied by somebody for who knows how long? Useless.
Bad service tried to get something printed and the women behind the desk totally ignored me after she had spoke to me as old customers came in she clearly didn't have time for so skipped onto them making me wait I proceeded to ask Highland print centre much better option
