We don’t have M&S in Orkney so first opportunity I had while staying in Inverness was to go. Easy to navigate around without getting lost or close to others, I managed to find everything I wanted easily except for one item, the staff member I spoke to was warm and friendly, she checked stock when it wasn’t found by herself she placed an order for me to collect from the store a day or two later, when it arrived I received a text and an email to let me know.

Maybe I'm more used to Glasgow but the choice in the Inverness store for men is poor. Wanted a green crew neck jumper. 19.50. don't have green?

We forgot our face masks yesterday. Got to Marks and Spencer door, realised!!! Owen, the security guard on the door was so helpful, went and got us one each. He was a great. Thank you so much. You made our trip to town

Marks & Spencer’s cafe is a nice pleasant cafe to dine at. Offering a hearty breakfast or an energising lunch, or just a simple coffee. I visited their Inverness branch which was nice, albeit perhaps a little chilly today. I would certainly recommend, and I will be back for another visit.

If you want your kneecaps broken by swinging baskets and arrogant shoppers pushing into you with trolleys, this is the place to go. 5 minutes shopping and I've survived more crashes than Richard Hammond, more denture Bites than Evander Holyfield and more pushing than Professor X's wheelchair. Survive the sea of beige and grey, and you'll come out with a good selection of nibbles. Just the old folks that make everything difficult

My wife loves this place mainly for clothes, myself, I love the food especially the currys but it is always great for food. Where would this country be with out M&S?
