Excellent Customer service from Louise. I had a problem with premium rate messages that I was being charged for Louise helped me so much and managed to get me a full refund, so delighted. Went to shop to get help to unblock phone from 02, the woman couldn’t / wouldn’t help and said to phone their customer service line but unlikely they’d be able to help as the phone is so old!! Surely she could have phoned to help, rubbish service! Thankfully back home 02 are getting my old phone unblocked! Don’t go to this shop!
