After 20 years use decided to overhaul 2 Ivar UFH manifolds with new actuators/motors, open/close valves and glass flow meters. Rory was on hand to provide all the parts and any advice. OPTIMUM SALUS QUANTUM. So glad we opted to go wireless! Yesterday we installed a wireless, Salus Quantum underfloor heating control system. The stylish, slimline room thermostats were quickly installed and being wireless they afforded greater choice of placement. Attached by magnet to the wall also means you can detach the thermostats to fine-tune and over-ride settings. Alternatively, the SALUS App that controls the entire system is both intuitive and functional with clear graphics that allows you to quickly navigate any changes or adjustments you make to any part of your system. Very comprehensive yet simple to use. Even when away from home you can manage your heat-settings in every room. Throughout the installation Optimum demonstrated a forensic attention to detail and made timely interventions to collaborate with my fitter. Nothing was too much trouble. Giving a high recommendation comes easy with this company as they combine traditional customer service with contemporary solutions .
My OPTIMUM designed system was installed seven years ago and had worked faultless until last month when a minor plumbing leak developed. Rory of Optimum attended at one hours notice to sort out the diverter valve problem. That's real professional service. This is the level of service that all companies should adopt.
