Had a very good experience with my purchase of a new CX-30 from Park's Mazda Inverness. First impressions of the showroom was modern, light and airy which was instantly welcoming and relaxing. The Covid-19 safety measures in place were well organised and adhered to strictly. The salesperson Jack Cartwright put me at ease straight away with a relaxed non pressuring manner and allowed my wife and I to go for a test drive. The negotiating process couldn't have gone better with Jack, Gavin Murray the sales controller and Barry the sales manager all going above and beyond to help me achieve the purchase I was very happy with. After sales communication was also good and the whole process made me feel a valued customer. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a car.
