Have been consistently rude to me over the phone. Said that I have not phoned them once in the past 18 months but that is a complete lie as I have been in contact to try and sort it out between them and the council, my support worker has also been unable to get anywhere with them. A debt collection agency that are extremely happy to put you in more financial hardship

Just wow. Always write to this foolish company. The call handlers are not professional and feel it acceptable to mock you for being in debt. Utterly useless and aggressive in its activity. In my case the action lacks teeth but if you are contacted by this company I recommend you immediately seek advice.
