Really delighted with Sharon Leon’s customer service. Have slowly been updating carpets in the house as we can afford it. No pressure from Sharon Leon to overspend, in fact really helpful discussions about the pros/cons of different brands and footfall/usage/price points. Staff who fitted carpets and modular tiles were excellent, everything looks great and service in store and staff knowledge of their products was first class. Jenny and Billy were excellent throughout the process, providing friendly, helpful and unpressured service and identifying the correct match for the hall rug.
