Simply Bathrooms were recommended to us when we wanted to update and upgrade our en-suite and bathroom. Stephen Maclean their point of contact managed the project from the very start. There was a lot we did not know and he provided us with appropriate advice. We chopped and changed some fittings 2 or 3 times and every time he patiently updated our quote. The work was done over the period of a fortnite and the two fitters who came were brilliant. There was Sandy the plumber and Paul the electrician. They were both competent in their trades and did a really neat professional job. One thing that really stood out to us was their attention to detail and care that they took. It wasn't just a case of wanting to get on to get the job done, they sought our opinion every step of the way making the whole project bespoke. They even suggested raising the floor in the bathroom to step up to the stand alone bath which we think looks fantastic. Both friendly and amicable guys who were a pleasure to have in our home. Can't praise them enough. Would highly recommend.

Destroyed our bathroom, wet wall not plumb, broke tiles under window and put plank of wood over it, roke frame around window, cut wet wall short, used wet wall as bath pannel... incorrectly fitted boiler, 15 mm pipe instead of 22mm pipe, flue not sealed according to regulations.
