Ordered two Wedeco UV water sterilisation systems and two Aquafilter double filter housings and filters for myself and neighbours cottages. Delivery was by UPS and both cottages are enjoying crystal clear water from the stream. Very happy with speed and service.

Excellent customer service very helpful and friendly. Recently purchased the robust 1000 by BWT Ecosoft (F1 team & sponsor) with coconut filter & re-mineraliser filter, all at a very competitive price, they cant be beaten on price, I searched far and wide. Great shipping too! Just installed it no leaks easy install (when your friends a plummer). Cold feed to colour coded inlet into RO, waste connected to waste pipe & faucet installed into tap hole. extra connections needed if adding coconut & mineral filter from screw fix. Extremely pleased with quality and ease of use. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Update- As you can see Graham asked me to send him an email which I did. I sent the email on 7 October, ( my fifth to this firm without a response) and am still waiting for him to contact me. Obviously do not have any respect for their customers or their customers feedback.

I bought two of the Excitio B 5 undersink water filters. After installation, did a test of the water and the difference between my tap water and the filtered water was very disappointing. My tap water unfiltered registered 204 ppm and the AQUAFILTER Excitio B5 registered 208 ppm ! Practicality no difference! I contacted the company over a week ago (21 September ) to ask them to comment but no reply to date except two automated email acknowledgements . I sent an email to the Head office in Poland as well but no response from them either. In total, I sent four emails with no reply to my concerns. Very disappointed with this company and its product.
