An utter shambles from start to finish. They gave me the option to use my own courier - DPD in this case. Three collection attempts later and hours of live chat, DPD finally collected the item. When it arrived, you could clearly see that it had broken in half it was that inadequately packaged. A few layers of bubble wrap and a fragile sticker are simply not good enough. Emailed Stone Source with photos and they are completely unwilling to assist. You used your own courier they say.. Nothing to do with us... Take it up with YOUR courier.. Thankfully I paid for insurance. Nope.. DPD reviewed and said the item was inadequately packaged. Back to Stone Source who are completely unwilling to try and sort this. I am now out of pocket. Disgrace!!!

Have been easy to deal with from start to finish. Great communication from them when it was immediately apparent there might be a delay to fitting due to them receiving our countertops late from supplier. They turned it around very quickly and were able to honour the original fit date and their work is top notch! Thanks very much.
STAY AWAY, after providing a template, and also follow up measurements for them to check the health arrived incorrect. I spoke with the owner of the company and was told \ he saw the template and was happy with it but If it moved or anything when they are cutting it its my problem not theres\ It didi not match and sizes i provided and i even asked them to check if they were unsure. Then he hung up. very disappointed that a company can treat anyone in that way!
Would not recommend this company. Asked Stone Source for a quote on 2 caithness stone slabs 1200mm square by 90mm thick and was quoted 788.00 each plus delivery. I asked another company for the same and was quoted 220.00 each. I don't mind companies making a profit but this is rediculous.
Stone Source offers a 1 st class service from planning to delivering the final installation. We are absolutely thrilled with our fabulous granite worktops. Professionalism and dedication of the entire team is to be commended. The range of granite on offer is superb . It was really interesting to see our granite been prepared in the workshop. A big thanks to Trevor and his team for a great experience.
