Great food van serving high quality Scottish produce. We tried the fishncollect ready made meal kits (Soup, scallop tacos and crab burgers) for a special occasion tonight and can highly recommend! Tasty food, fun experience and great value for money. Look forward to trying out some other meal kits and getting more takeout from the van! Thanks.

We cannot say enough good things about the Red Shank! We had every couples’ worst nightmare and our venue cancelled on us 5 weeks before our wedding. After making many desperate calls to every venue in a 100 mile radius, we realised we hadn’t even thought about catering. After a random conversation we were pointed in the Red Shank’s direction and after one very kind and reassuring phone call and one delicious meal tasting we realised we had our caterer. They were unphased by the short notice and very patiently helped us design a menu to suit our guests many food intolerances. No question was too small and they went above and beyond for us. Without us asking they kindly offered guests delicious alternatives when they realised guests had asked for food that their intolerances wouldn’t allow, they organised wait staff to help serve our wedding meal, they went up the week before to ensure the venue was suitable for them and to ensure there wouldn’t be any hiccups on the day, and helped reassure us every step along the way. On the day the wedding meal went like clockwork with delicious food being served with recyclable cutlery and everyone was thrilled and thoroughly enjoyed the meal! They were so kind and professional and I would recommend them to everyone!!!! Our wedding may have had to be rearranged in a short time but thanks to the Red Shank we didn’t have to compromise on anything. Thank you Ann Marie and Jamie for helping make our wedding day the best day of our lives. xxx
