After a disappointing experience in another Trespass branch, I popped in here whilst in Inverness on business looking to purchase some new gear and a jacket. Although the store didn't have the jacket I was after, the store colleagues, along with store manager were very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in Inverness.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good bargains for students - 10% off. Bought some overtrousers for my daughter at UHI Inverness and the assistant suggested we try a different, less expensive brand than we were looking at because they were better, more breathable and came with a stuff sack. Very happy with service and would drop in again.
