Very pleased with the service. The assistant was polite and helpful, not pushy. The social distancing setup was good and noticed that equipment and seating being cleansed down after use. I had went into shop originally to ask if my glasses could be repaired Sadly had to purchase new pair of spectacles as the expensive pair I had purchase before couldn’t repaired but pleased that I managed to get eye test there and then.

I travel a long way to go to Vision Express in Inverness but they are consistently good: caring, so much attention to detail, good clinical care (I’m a healthcare professional, and they are tip-top) and good value. David the contact lens professional is particularly good, really knows his stuff, thinks of solutions to problems and saves me money. Katrina the optician was lovely, again she was professional and clinically excellent but also put me at ease, took her time with “is the first or second lens clearer?”, didn’t rush me at all. And we had a giggle about a fancy pearl chain for my I’m-getting-old reading glasses! And Tracey, who helped me choose my glasses, found exactly the right pair for me and will get them sent out to me. They are such a great team, thank you, all of you!
