If only Vodafone call centre staff were as competent as Ally was in resolving our issue. I have spent most of the week trying to get my wife's phone working again with a new replacement sim, which was supplied by Vodafone, but had no joy. Visited the store and left within 15 minutes this morning all sorted. Happy days, should have gone here first. Thank you for your assistance and great customer service.

Advised me that I would have no problems using my phone on Vodafone in California when Vodafone don't operate or have a carrier there. Surprised two staff didn't know that or bother checking given they didn't have customers.
