Was in today getting shoes for my toddler who badly needed them. The service was amazing. The lady who served us (I think a supervisor, purple mask) was so knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using them again
I bought some hotter size 6 boots which I returned unworn today. I had explained that I needed an extra wide fit as my left foot was very broad with raised toe. The boots i was given to try were stretching g over my left foot so that the leather was wider over the sole.,and i could see the impression of the raised toe But the leather was soft and accepted them reluctantly. I realised when i got home that i would not wear Them they didnt feel comfortable enough or look nice enough for the money paid. Packing them up I noticed they were standard fit.,and I feel I should not have been sold them. On returning them I was told there were no wide short boots available. Also I could have been made aware that the boots could be returned by post I think when I was trying the boots, that I should have been made aware that they were standard fit and offered to have ordered a wide fit pair to try. I didnt realise I could return the boots by post till I travelled 26 miles and was standing in the shop.
Great selection stock, friendly helpful staff will be back
