Very big thank you to Booths. Our 14 year old fridge freezer packed in on Sunday 3rd January. We urgently needed to replace it and although Currys, Argos and John Lewis advertised click and collect service or prompt delivery the reality was 5-10 days for any replacement we looked at to be delivered. We phoned Booths on Monday 4th January to see if they could help and they were brilliant. Not only did they help us select a suitable replacement they also undertook to have it with us the next day and take away our broken one. It was with us and set up by 9.30 on Tuesday 5th. Cannot speak highly enough of the service we received and they will certainly be our first port of call in the future.
I have previously bought white goods from a.o.com whose service was excellent, but when my fridge freezer stopped, I needed a replacement quickly. I ordered online at 15:30 Wednesday and have my new one ready to go now ( Friday).First class, friendly service. Definitely will be buying local in the future.
