Best rental company I've used. Michelle and Natasha are so pleasant to deal with. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue they are very quick to respond and get it resolved even with the constraints of Covid when lockdown happened. Can't say enough good things about these ladies and IPM.

The experience I had with IPM was second to none. My cousin and I were looking for a place to reside, and the ladies at IPM made it extremely easy. We turned in our application and it was processed in a timely manner. Both ladies (Michelle & Natasha) showed extreme patience as I called a couple times a day, everyday, to check on things. Thank you so much for the positive experience, and we cannot wait to move in.
