I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have every worked with. Save yourself some time and heartache and do not rent from Investment Realty. I tried to file a noise complaint, followed all the instructions given and nothing was done. I asked for the policy for more specific instruction and was refused. Asked for supervisors name, was refused, asked for owner information- was refused (this is public information so I called the court house). The manager was extremely rude to me and was not motivated to help what-so-ever. I’ve been dealing with these noises for over a month, daily, for 3-4 hours at a time, this was the first complaint I’ve made.

Doubles first month of rent to get around Missouri’s law that states it’s illegal to take a non-refundable deposit. Staff will frame it as some type of deposit when you speak with them. Incredibly shady. Also extremely slow to respond to maintenance requests. Photo posted is how they decided to fix a hole in one of the rooms and have not been back in months to do any other work on it. Avoid this company if you’re looking to rent in Rolla.

We recently had a pipe leak that caused flooding in our yard & a large increase in our utility bill. I went into Investment to talk to someone about it and Candace made sure someone was out there immediately to check it out (someone was there just hours after leaving investment). I told them about the issue yesterday and today the problem is completely fixed. They also contacted the utility company & worked something out with them that way our bill wasn’t so crazy. I’m very impressed with how fast they handled this situation & how considerate Candace was. I have a baby due in just 3 weeks, so I appreciate how quickly they handled this!

I have been renting through investment for almost a year and I will not be continuing my lease with them. I currently live in a town home where smoking is not permitted. Yet my neighbors smoke every day, and I have contacted investment twice about the issue. I even told them when they made their annual resident check about the smell and how bad it is. Nothing was done except send a warning out to the duplex that said if the issue persisted “action will be taken”. Well the neighbors kept smoking and I notified investment and still nothing was done. The smell in my apartment is terrible, and I am concerned for my health. They have lost my business, and I would suggest you do not give them business either.

I had a really great experience with the rental process online. Kendra at Investment Realty have been really helpful in the whole process prior to our arrival. I really enjoy the customer service they have given and they are very responsive to reply any question through text or email. 100 % Satisfied!
