Terrible service...we are having a problem with our dog escaping and they are scheduling appointments two months out. They sure were able to come out quickly for 3000 initial setup. But now they couldn't care less about us. If you like wasting your money this is the place for you.

We added a German Shepherd puppy to our family and with a pond in the backyard we needed to find a solution to keep him in the yard. We didn't want to obstruct our view so the Invisible Fence was our best option. From meeting with Julie to installation and training with Mary, we had a great experience. I was especially excited about the training you get with the system. We also have the indoor disc to limit where he goes in the house and he learned very quickly. I love this feature. We have not had any issues with the system as of yet. Thank you for a great product.
First, this Westside Cleveland office has closed. All calls from the number listed at the IF website for the local office are now directed to a call center in Chicago. It is impossible to direct contact the NE Ohio office, now located on the east side of Cleveland. Trainings are backed up for 4-6 weeks with a "we're overbooked" excuse. While waiting, dogs cannot be left alone on property and the fence is useless despite an investment exceeding 1K. The first training is simply a sales call to market the premier training package, and subsequent trainings cannot be booked anytime within two weeks. Each of those trainings has concluded with a "we'll need to reschedule - maybe in two weeks". Meanwhile, the dog is trained by the owner to only be on leash on the property. Extremely poor business model. This company's service has deteriorated significantly from our first installation. Buyer beware - don't expect to be able to implement this expensive product anytime within six-ten weeks following installation.
Best thing I did for my dogs! Now, we can sit outside on porch with no worries.
Its works for all of my dogs, second house and I will use them wherever I go.
Invisible Fence Company must never be confused with a knockoff company. They are by far, in my opinion, the most efficient, professionally staffed electrical containment system there is. Invisible Fence of Cleveland West was not the only company I called to secure our new puppy, however, they were the last. Everyone I have spoken to has been helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Julie sent our quote, we looked it over, I called others and I went right back to the Original. They never pushed me, they let me make the decision on my time. Invisible Fence sent out an installer to walk through our property and make sure all our questions were answered. Dan walked the property and understood our concerns with a busy road and waterway on our property. He was helpful and saw to it that our install was exactly as we envisioned it. After the installation, we were immediately scheduled with an amazing trainer, David, who is outstanding and extremely well educated in dog training and behavior. We could not be more pleased with this experience and our puppy loves David and looks forward to his visits. Thank you David! You sir, are terrific! Please, understand there are companies that are a bit less expensive...pay the extra and get the BEST. The service, warranty, etc., these people are GREAT! We already had the fence installed years ago and we needed our new puppy trained. Brooke and Paradise came to our rescue. Brooke was very professional, great with our 2 dogs, spent as much time as needed. We felt really great about her training techniques and were able to train Bo in 2 weeks. Love her!
We have an 8 year old lab that has always been in a fenced in back yard. We thought he would never catch on after developing bad habits in our new (non fenced in) yard. Brooke was absolutely amazing. She was on time, friendly, assertive and taught us exactly how to be in order to make this a successful process with our dog. In less than 2 weeks he had it down and our lives are so much less stressful. Absolutely worth every penny!
