The salesman was friendly but not very helpful. After me being in the store for 5 minutes (the only person in the store) I finally went to the counter and asked for help. Yes, I was looking around, but I would think that a clerk would ask you if you need help with something. Maybe it’s just me, I don’t know. This place is good for specialty items, but ordinary things are way over priced

I want to thank and commend the awesome guys at the Inwood NAPA Auto parts store. They went above and beyond to help me. I was dead in the water on I81 with an ate up tire and no wrenches on hand. They Delivered a tool that was needed and the gentleman even brought a pipe, and assisted me changing my tire.
