Just leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Rockaway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I have to say, this has been the best car buying experience I've had. I have been shopping around and I got the best number here. Not only was it an easy deal ,but I get free oil changes ! Everyone made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. Went in dealt with Jason b. Had no problems no issues. Everything worked out great Jason was very professional down to earth. Didn't bs, spoke the truth didn't try to take advantage of me. Sales staff was excellent everyone was courteous and very easy to talk to. They didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. They worked with my credit and I got the best option possible. Definitely have a repeat customer.

No one better :) I love the guys at Rockaway, they are patient, understanding and will work with you to get you what you want, EVEN if you drive them crazy like I did. Jonathan Ulloa is the salesman I worked with and I hope to always work with him. I would never want to buy a car from anyone else. He has so much patience. I also had a very good experience with their GM, Anton, he's a pleasure to deal with and always maintains professionalism. I highly recommend this dealership.

I went to this dealer after having a very bad customer service from a different Jeep dealer (garden city) earlier that day. Wasn't really all hyped about getting a Jeep that day. I just went to inquiry about the same jeep there. Then I meet sale person Mr Fernando whom is very knowledgeable and friendly in what he's doing he wasn't just try to sell me any random car he wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and the right price! He showed me a better, more upgraded Jeep I told him what I wanted my monthly payment to be knowing it was a little off then what it should be but there came the manager Antoine and after 5 minutes of negotiations made it happen! If your thinking about getting a vehicle come to this dealer and make sure to speak to Mr. Fernando and Mr. Antoine to get the best deal!

Went to the dealership to buy a Chrysler Town and Country i was greeted in the parking lot. When I spoke to the sales manager Nelson he was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the features I was looking for. Show me the different cars in Stock and informed me about incentives and rebates. The staff so friendly they offered to help me drive over 2 hours to pick up my vehicle is was trading in. I'm a customer for life. Even after the sale was done Nelson check up on me to make sure everything is good with the car. He went above and beyond any other dealership in every brought a car from.
