Jeremy helped me purchase my dream property and it was not even hunting land. I was looking into purchasing a property for commercial use. When the property I found had a ton of red flags, Jeremy put in the time and effort to research the property to make sure it was a safe purchase. He contacted the DNR, civil engineer, and many other companies that had ties to this piece of property. Once he gathered all of the necessary information, we needed to go to the city to apply for a permit that would change the property from Agriculture land to commercial. When we went to the first town meeting, we found out that there were a lot of people interested in this property but as stated by the civil engineer at the town meeting, “No one had ever put in the amount of work to correctly apply for this permit.” In that town hall meeting, there were many people in opposition of my permit. However, when they shared point after point arguing why the property should not be granted commercial, Jeremy put everyone in their place by presenting accurate, thorough facts and laws that proved otherwise. At that moment I knew I hired the right guy. He was the most knowledgeable person in the town hall that evening. As a result, the property was changed to commercial and my dream of building my own business became a reality. Jeremy and the Whitetail Dreams Real Estate team did an amazing job in making my dream come true.
