Let me start by saying I was a little hesitant to come here, because I have had bad luck in the past with body shops taking too long, paying too much and with the end result being terrible. So trying a new place i had my doubts, but IPAC body shop was recommended to me by a colleague. From the moment i went in and was greeted by the Manager Roy Diaz, it went good from there on he explained to me the process and was very informative on the repairs it would need. When i left my vehicle there and had an employee by the name of John take me to rent a car, he was very attentive and well mannered, kudos to him. Roy Diaz did an amazing job on my car and it took less than a week and i am very impressed with the care he took and the courtesy update, he was very professional from the 1st day and wanted to just say Thank you for all y'all do, keep up the great work and i will definitely be telling my fiends and family about IPAC Body Shop.

Took 3 weeks for a 1 week job. They couldn't even paint the entire hood and didn't align the bumper and the fender. I will not be going back to any IPAC business again

I was involved in an accident and needed repairs all the way down the right side of my car. Do you remember how straight lines on your car should be? The lines the length of my car are perfect. I'm on day 60(including weekends) and my car has not came out. Manager openly admitted that he didn't know my car was still back here and that he does need to check on cars that have been here more than a month. He did lend me a loaner car without a big problem which is why they don't get a to Star

It took a while to get my jeep repaired after someone hit us...Around almost a month we got our car back. Car looks like new, no problems so far. It takes a few calls to get answers/call back from the person managing your case. Girls in front very helpful and polite.

Stole from me!!. committed fraud!!! Put after market part when I paid for OEM. Refusing to cooperate. Dont trust Nisaan or IPAC!!
