I was quite taken aback, and very pleasantly surprised at how fantastic and professional the guys in this store were. I'd read some horror stories about some other stores ripping people off, so went into Hex with my guard up even though their reviews were by far the best in Edinburgh. I needed have worried. My HTC 10 had the battery replaced and was ready to pick up on the same day within a matter of hours. Knowing how difficult this repair is, that is incredible customer service. Very happy, and they now have a customer for life. Thanks Neil.

Went in for my phone screen replacement- very fair price in comparison with Apple and some other shops I visited, and the staff members are so lovely and helpful. Totally recommended!

Truth or Nothing

I met with Darius and the service was fantastic. He could have charged me 45 for a data save but after trying a few things he got the laptop working and I was able to simply put it onto a USB - costing me just over 10. I cannot recommend Hex enough, thanks again!
