WORST SERVICE EVER! SHAME ON YOU ELAINE AND TEAM! I've done my prewedding photoshoot in December 2018.. my wedding was on 10th March 2019 and till today (30th March 2019) I HAVENT GOTTEN MY PREWEDDING photo album! I think I was the most stressful bride ever cuz for one month before my wedding I kept going to the shop (always closed) and kept calling Elaine(she always never answer my call) and keep in mind, I've done all my payments (my mistake I should have NOT made full settlement) To everyone: There are many bridal shops in ipoh, please go ahead with other shop EXCEPT this! (If you dont wanna feel miserable as me). P/s : Elaine and le Signature Bridal, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ALBUM! please deliver it to me asap!
