Went to pick up an order I had paid for online. It was one of only a handful of shops I had been to since the lockdown restrictions were relaxed. I visited early on a Friday and it was quiet. Social distancing was clearly marked out, staff were cleaning down the chip and pin machine before each customer, staff were very friendly. Face coverings were required to enter the shop, as expected. At the cashiers desk I was clearly instructed where to stand on the designated floor markers to maintain social distancing. Process was very smooth I only had to read out my collection number and proceed to the collection point. The only point I had to touch anything was when I collect my item.

Shopping for wedding rings. Refused to help us told us to leave find jewellery shop elsewhere to measure up are finger then order online then come back. Then she will help us and she was laughing at us. Disgraceful we will spend money else where.
