To whom it may concern on Saturday 2nd April i bought some mixed clothing spent just under 100.00 . when i got home one item had a hole in it and colour faded on one arm on which my granddaughter took back on Monday 4th April and they refused saying how do we know you never just took this off the shelf and just put it in your bag you do not give bags so she bought it home i do have a receipt i do not appreciate her being told she stole and she is very upset THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE only put 1 star on as it wont let me post without a star
