Pretty good B&Q. Lumber and sheet materials stored properly and a few more than usual people know what they're talking about! Lost stars because I waited five minutes to do a return yesterday while 5 staff members talked about something... not the first time that has happened.

Recently bought fence panels from b&q after the recent stormy action. Not too bad customer service but 99% of their employees are just retail staff and have no clue about Building materials etc so advice is not always great. That said they are helpful at locating items in store. Fence panels are so far, so good.
