I was referred to this dental practice to have a tooth root removed, this was near the end of December. I still hadn't heard from them by the beginning of February when I went to have a filling at my regular dentist. When he followed up with them it turns out that they had mixed up my referral with somebody else and said I had been in and refused treatment! That day they then called me to arrange an appointment for the beginning of march (although they said this mix up wouldn't have delayed my treatment, which i don't believe), they have now cancelled that appointment and the earliest they can fit me in, which is convenient for me, is the end of April. So far my experience of this dental practice is not a good one. My advice is to double check what treatment they are doing on you before they start, because they might have mixed you up, I know I will be when I finally go to my appointment!

I was referred to Bridge House by my regular dental practice for whom a particularly tricky extraction had proved too difficult. That's no criticism of my own dentist - they did what they could but the tooth was just too awkward (and painful, despite the anesthetic!) for them to extract. The team at Bridge House were reassuring, friendly and efficient, displaying excellent specialised skills in achieving the extraction successfully, and with minimal fuss or pain. I am very grateful!

Visited this wonderful dentist for the first time today. Fast refferal which was a great relief. Had five teeth removed whilst dealing with a nasty infection at the same time. From start to finish the staff were superb. Friendly and welcoming, I was told and shown exactly what the procedure was going to be and both the dentist and assistants were first class during the treatment. 15 mins later 5 teeth out and a massive relief from the pain. One very happy patient. Many thx to you all.

Excellent dental practice. Lovely warm welcome from receptionists on arrival. The team kept me informed of slight delay. The dentist I see is always very polite and professional, as was the dental nurse assisting her. Safety measures for covid well thought out and executed.

I was referred by my usual dentist for extraction of a broken and infected wisdom tooth. The appointment was within 2 weeks of my initial visit which I thought very good in these Covid-19 times. The whole treatment was virtually painless and carried out very efficiently .The dentist explained everything he was doing and showed me the evidence to prove it ! It is now a couple of days since my treatment and I feel fine and I would be very happy to be referred again. Thank you Bridge House.
