Terrible management and unprofessional staff. If you are a potential client in Suffolk don’t use this services- non person centred bias and staff are unprofessional. Reason staff were late on a visit to care for a client- The reasons they arrived an hour late- quote because they went home and made themselves food first.. ironic when you have a person your meant to be supporting with medical support and personal care. So they neglected the client to meet their own needs first. Management are terrible and don’t follow CQC legalisations and guidelines. They should be closed down.

Poor management and terrible staff conduct, wouldnt recommend unless desperate for a job. They speak to you unprofessionally. They don’t pay you what your owed, and overall expect you to cover within half hour of being told. Was contracted certain hours and went over doing more, they don’t care about the well being of their employers of if your single/got kids, they will push you till you crack. Good luck for anyone who works for this company.

They don’t pay you what you are owed they also expect you to go into a home and get attacked if they did the right thing in the first place and done the assessments properly when taking on new clients then it wouldn’t of got to a place where I was badly hurt they also don’t do anything right how they are suppose to do also they like to cover there arses excuse my language many clients don’t get their times they like to from the start they do but then they think it’s ok to turn up any time or sometimes don’t turn up they allow people naming no names to do double ups on their own which is against the law and it’s health and safety oh and they thinks it’s ok for a morning call to be at 10 am and then lunch 2 hours after to which a client has to have 4 hours in between each dose but then they don’t give the tablets they just leave them also they never stay the full time some people are in and out within 5 or 10 mins... I would not work or have your family go with this company many clients and family are getting fed up and also have left because the way they are.

very poor management at head office when problems are raised they are ignored before passing the blame to others and trying to hide to true facts. Building maintenance is only done as a last resort and for the smallest amount of money to maximise profit over care and often to a very poor standard ( walls painted without sanding and filling them etc) Every home run by this company is below standard for well led when rated by Cqc.

Very nice girls but not experienced. Very very poor management. Too many carers in one week. 2016 top management views if you didn't like it go somewhere else. Bur very kind inexperienced untrained carers
