I had to use a voucher belonging to a friend who had decided what to spend it on. I arrived at the store which had good parking facilities. The store was modern and well laid out with pandemic hand sanitising facilities. Whilst getting my bearings a friendly voice asked if I needed help. It was the nearby checkout operator who quickly directed me to the right place. Once in the cycling area the helpful assistant retrieved my chosen goods from the security protected display and directed me to checkout. At checkout, after a brief wait, the helpful assistant quickly processed the voucher. An excellent shopping experience.

Needed a replacement brake light bulb and wiper blades. Pleased to find no queue and went straight in. Asked at payment counter if someone could help me with fitting. The young lady used her headset to contact a member of staff who came immediately. I gave him my requirements and he quickly gave me a price including fitting. I accepted this and he collected the items from the shelves and we went outside for the fitting. This was done very quickly. Glad I didn't try doing the bulb myself! Back in store to pay. All done in 15 minutes. Staff very friendly and efficent.
