They gave us a ticket after watching the car for 3 minand let work vans park for 6 months in double yellows and a cycle lane all throughout the day. #bunce. Same in orford Street they don't ticket their friends that park in double yellows and ticked everyone else. We got pics of everything. Be aware they touch your car without gloves or mask risking killing you. #bunce.

Would give no stars if it were possible. Shame on the Council for using Ipserv to manage their car parks. Ipserv staff were rude and condescending and had no interest in listening. Their staff did not know their own complaints procedure and in the end i gave up. Ipserv are disciminate in how they hand out parking charges because they are given to some and not others.

Shame on the council. A friend of mine a is nurse. Got a parking ticket in car park in town. Your quicker another when you want help from the NHS.. Shame on you.

Spoke to some woman by the name of Rebecca in repairs team, woman was rude as hell. Very sarcastic, spoke over me and accused me of lying and rushed me off the phone. By telling me by as I was still speaking to her. This is type of person you want representing your company, telling I can make a complaint. Basically wanting me to make a complaint.
