Not sure how to start this but dreadful company to deal with. Telephone manner appalling lack of response to return phone calls. We called seven times no response. Then tried email which did get reply of sorts However.........Nothing then chased again. Don't Use.

Fantastic fast and friendly service. We only needed 1 piece of glass to go above a door and it was a lot cheaper that we thought it would be. Would recommend
Waited ages for a price after I dropped off templates. Kept being told someone would contact me but nothing. After 2 weeks of no response I collected Templates and went else where, Very poor service
Don't really know what to say other than the worst company I have dealt with in a long long time. Ordered units at the beginning of October on a faster 14 day delivery and apart from receiving the initial delivery late, units were missing and what was received was shocking!!!! Numerous emails and phone calls and now they wont answer the phone or return my messages. Avoid at all costs
Poor service, charged me for something that was not right, couldn’t care that we were not happy with the glass pieces, not bothered in the least! Would not recommend them for small pieces of work, no customer care, would go out of my way to suggest they should be avoided and to use other suppliers
