I feel really sorry for some reviews written, this ladies are the most professional. I had my weave done and it was perfect lasted really long. The environment is really homely, funny, nice, the music and honestly I feel that is the best black hair salon in ipswich. At least from my experience these ladies are young but they are really invested in treat your hair, teach you how to do it and nice recommendations. Black people should support each other more instead of try to ruin other peoples business's because those who used to go to the salon can clearly see that nothing but lies and envy. I totally recommend! Good luck girls keep up the good work

The hair salon is a COMPLETE JOKE!!! Highly incompetent! Never ever again! If you have high standards and know what good hairstyle is supposed to look like, this is DEFINATELY NOT THE PLACE to go! They actually train on your hair and you pay for it
I visited Ipswich hair Tech last month before lockdown, the girls are so good and professional. The cleanliness is amazing, the hair dresser used so many good products on my hair to keep moisture I felt so well, they offered a quality service from start to end, I'm so glad I found them. I currently live in Colchester but for sure I will be travelling allways to do my hair with them because they are amazing I loved my braids and I'm getting so many complements about it. Thank you Neza for everything
Customer service is alot left to be desired Punctual isn't the strong factor - as I had to wait 40mins for my appointment. Hair took 8 hours which wasn't completed which I had to come back the next day for hair to completed. I've noticed theses three girls do not work as a team. One girl was doing all the work while other to just sitting there. The staff short changed herself, which I werent even aware of. The next day the man blurted it out it the shop is this the girl that forgot to pay for one bag of hair. ( I found this very rude and unprofessional. As if you short change yourself it's at your own expense.) Do to the 40mins wait time, 8hours I had sat in the chair, the fact i had to come back the very next day to get my hair finished. Ring the store for one hour and 30mins as I weren't given a set time. Still had to wait when I got there the excuse the owner gave me was absolutely absurd As I want this business to do well, I think it's vital they don't look at this negative feedback. Look at this as a learning cur on how they can improve as business. As customer service keeps customers as well as expand their business. Overall massive thanks to the individual girl who did do my hair hense why I tipped you. I was advised by the other woman not to go for pick n drop as my hair was too long Any hairdresser suppose to be able to do any style. There's always room for improvement
