With all due respect I do not have this patient in my records and do not charge 33.00 for cutting toenails. Having been trained by the NHS my treatments are far more involved than just cutting toe nails.

I cannot believe how this gentleman can sleep at night charging 33 for cutting my mother’s toenails! Yes that is JUST cutting 10 little nails for 33!!
