Placed an order for Christmas which has basically disappeared into a black hole. No communication. No movement with my order. Nothing. Having waited over three weeks without a single acknowledgement I have instructed my credit company to deal with this. Thankfully, I paid on my credit card. A simple message explaining when to expect my delivery would have been sufficient. I'm all for supporting non-Amazon business, especially during these Covid times, but to be ignored simply isn't good enough, when money is tight not just for businesses but also consumers.

Only one item not available which I have now received ,kept very well informed as to why I hadn't received item and would recommend" Just Miniatures" every time .Thank you so much once again
I ordered my products a few weeks back and received an email to say that my order was going to be delayed which was fine because I ordered in advance a couple weeks past when I saw the reviews of people not receiving their products and not being able to get in contact which did concern me slightly as we were getting close to the date that I needed them however, I just phoned up the company and got through within a couple seconds, they then organised for my products to be sent with next day delivery so I had them when needed! I'm very happy with my goods and the customer service that I received. I do believe this is a good company who are just small so takes a bit of time to cope with the surge of orders through Covid and Christmas, if you are getting close to when you need the products I would just phone up :)
I ordered a miniature bottle of ardbeg on the 10.10.20 and I still haven't received my purchase as I wanted a sample before i paid out for a proper bottle. I've emailed and phoned customer services to no avail. The tracking history is saying it is still with the sender and has said this for 2 weeks now! In my eyes this is fraudulent behaviour, it's cost me nearly 10 that I'll never see again. On the web site it looks very glossy and top notch but behind the scenes its a scam! Save your money and time and avoid this company at all costs!
Ordered 2 weeks ago. Told that delivery usually took 6 days. Have had 2 generic emails saying that my order is delayed but is now on the way- no details! Still not arrived. No reply to my email. Very poor customer service. Took my order and payment straight away, with no warning that goods were not in stock, or that delays were expected. Now too late as the occasion I needed the goods for has now been and gone. Be warned. Never use this company!!
Not only did I receive my order late, I was not provided the courtesy of being informed that the order would be late. After chasing the company for my order, they shipped off some of the items but cancelled certain items without offering an alternative choice of miniatures. I was informed there were issues due to COVID, but a quick email to say (a) it would be late and (b) offering alterative items instead of cancelling wouldn't take long. I raised these issues with the company by email, but they have not had the courtesy of responding. I will not be using their services again.
Don't be put off by bad reviews. Clearly a small business who have struggled with lockdown and are just doing the best they can. Yes, there was a delay with my order and they took a few days to communicate that but all arrived and was great customer service once they caught up. Would definitely use them again.
